How does Webull manage my funds?

Under Part 7.8 of the Corporations Act 2001 as an AFSL licensee Webull Securities must ensure all client monies are held in a Client Money Trust Account. On that, your funds are securely held in Client Money Trust Account(s) with our trusted banking partner, JP Morgan Chase, Sydney Branch.


Upon Cash Management activation, and confirmation of your ‘Opt-in relevant attestations and chosen currency(s) that you have read and fully understood our Cash Management Service Agreement and our Cash Management Service Information Statement, we will automatically invest your uninvested cash to the corresponding Money Market Fund(s).


Uninvested Australian dollars (AUD) will be allocated to the JPMorgan Liquidity Funds - AUD Liquidity LVNAV Fund, while uninvested US dollars (USD) will be allocated to the JPMorgan Liquidity Funds - USD Liquidity LVNAV Fund.


Your funds will be transferred from the Client Money Trust Account(s) to bank accounts held at JP Morgan Chase and managed by JP Morgan Asset Management.


It is important to note that there are risks contained in money market funds. Webull Securities offers no performance guarantee. As such, you may lose the principal when you agree to participate in our Cash Management Service.


How are losses on my Investment dealt with?


When you opt in to Cash Management Service, your funds are allocated to the foreign regulated Money Market Fund(s). Investors should note that participating in Webull Cash Management Service is not the same as placing funds on deposit with a bankn Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (‘ADI’). Investments in Cash Management are not protected under the Financial Claims Scheme (‘FCS’).


Webull nor the Money Market Fund manager offers any performance guarantees, which means that in exceptionally volatile market conditions, you may lose the principal.
