I think my account was compromised. What should I do?

If you suspect fraud or unauthorised activity in your account, please contact us immediately. You can contact us via our service line +27 10 288 4000, or through in-app Help Center, or email at clientservices@webull-za.com.

If you can access your account, please go to Account & Security to change your trading and login passwords. Also, reset the Pattern Lock and check the Two-Factor Authentication to confirm there was suspicious activity.
